In One Planet Food, three young secret agents are briefed by "The Boss" to investigate the impact of food and farming on the environment. Their assignments take them to classified locations where they discover facts about where our food actually comes from. They find out whether it is possible to opt for One Planet Food. One of the reasons we made this film is that we believe in improving access to local, seasonal and organic food in schools and communities and we hope we can motivate young people to choose planet friendly food as a result of watching the film. Anyone who watches the film will learn lots about where our food comes from and how it affects our planet. Some of the things we learn are that organic farmers base their farming around nature, that they use animal poo on a farm, about the animals being organic, how much fruit is from other countries and that it pollutes the planet if you buy fruit from around the world.
