new urban workshop

New Urban - City Foraging walk

Urban wild food and urban foraging courses show that there are loads of plants, flowers and weeds, that can be found in gardens, hedges and even on waste ground, many of them thrive in such areas. These plants and flowers are sometimes both edible and hold medicinal qualities. These walks are circular and end up back at the start point, situated close to both pubic transport connections and car parking areas.

Join us at the 'Love food festival' for an urban foraging walk. Returning to the spring festival with Fraser to make your own forage tart.

Baby Bites

Baby Bites are delighted to be invited back to the Love Food Spring Festival.  Come and learn how to cook really easy, delicious and healthy family food suitable for all members of the family from babies upwards. We'll be in the demo kitchen running cook-alongs throughout the day on Saturday.  Even the fussiest of eaters won’t be able to resist our lovely creamy korma and cinnamon apple turnovers.
