The Bath Pig- was born out of a mutual passion for fine foods amongst two good friends, we wanted to produce a Chorizo (and later Salami, Pepperoni and specialist Bacons) using free range British pork. We have based our Chorizo on traditional Spanish recipes and have produced a high quality, British product with very stylish branding and web presence.

Womersley Foods - Whilst the making of fruit vinegars and herb jellies is a fine old British tradition, at Womersley we are proud to say that we have perfected recipes which will delight and surprise you. What we produce is “The Real Thing”: value-added vinegars.

The Vegetarian Cookery School is based in the centre of Bath, near to Demuths Restaurant in a wonderful Georgian building, with a super purpose built kitchen, light and airy and the best views of Bath Abbey. 
The cookery school is run by Rachel Demuth, the owner of the award winning Demuths Restaurant. Since 2001 we have been running an exciting and varied selection of courses for mixed abilities from complete beginner to accomplished cook.

Here at Park Farm, my family have been happily milking a herd of cows for three generations. A few years ago we thought we would try making cheese. The cheese is made in the same buildings in which my grandmother made her cheddar. The cows are just a few hundred yards away.
Today the Bath Soft Cheese that we make (without the aid of feathers) frequently wins awards and we supply shops and delicatessens all over the country.

Cinnamon Toast was set up by cookery editor, Jane Middleton, who decided that when it came to patisserie it was the making that interested her more than the writing. Working from her kitchen in Bath, she makes beautiful, bite-sized cakes and treats for private and corporate customers. Macaroons are a speciality, including raspberry and rose, chocolate and passion fruit, salted caramel and cinnamon sugar. She also bakes honey madeleines, little chocolate tarts, soft caramels, and hand-decorated biscuits ranging from romantic hearts to curly-coated poodles. 

At Crumpet! we are passionate about creating wonderfully indulgent cakes that are full of delicious flavours and character. Acorn Cakes - My name is Fiona Plant and I run Acorn Cakes from my home in Chippenham, Wiltshire, where I live with my husband and three children. I've always loved baking for family and friends and am thrilled to now be turning my passion into a business. I specialise in good, old-fashioned, homemade cakes and cookies and sell them in the Chippenham area.

AndMore Health has been set up recently to develop convenient health food products for people with an awareness for their health, their well-being, their communities and the environment. At the moment our focus is on creating a variety of delicious desserts which are all free of refined sugar, dairy and wheat/gluten.

Mezé Mezé specialises in providing traditional Greek savoury and sweet foods, following traditional family recipies. All our food is home-made and produced in Paulton, Somerset (just outside Bath). As well as savoury food such as Spinach & Feta pie, Greek meatballs and Moussaka along with sweet classics such as Baklavá and Kataifi, we also produce our own Loukoumia (Turkish Delight). Traditionally made it contains no gluten, dairy or gelatin so is suitable for for most diets including vegans.

Lovett Pies are a handmade gourmet pie company based in Bath Somerset. Using quality locally sourced ingredients we handcraft our individual pies to order and are currently supplying to local pubs and delicatessen's as well as having various stalls at farmers markets around Somerset and Wiltshire. Created by Philip Roseblade and Christopher Parry who have both come from very different backgrounds. Phil being a Chef for 15 years and Chris coming from a strong business background. By combining our skills we feel it will enable us to create and sell the perfect pie.

At The Upton Cheyney Chilli Company we use our own chillies, and as far as possible our own farm grown supply of garlic and onion. The sauces are lovingly made in small batches in the kitchen of our farm shop, from which the amazing aroma regularly attracts praise.

We offer a variety of premium Somerset meat in field&flower boxes. We deliver monthly from our farm, which allows us to be both sustainable and completely traceable in our supply (we don't bother with the middle-man). This means our meat reaches our customers quickly and efficiently, reducing food miles whilst maximising freshness and taste.

The Bristol Cheese Company is a small, independent family-run cheesemongers. We only source the very finest, locally produced cheeses. Our story began in 2010, we had always been purveyors of fine cheese and were frustrated by the lack of quality local cheeses to get our mitts on, so we put our love of the good stuff to use and set up The Bristol Cheese Company to bring the very best of South West cheese making to you.

Parsons Nose - We make exceptional sausages and pies because our meat is reared in a free range system with our pigs, Gloucester Old Spots, Large Blacks and Wild Black Boars being kept outside in open fields with pig arcs. Our animals grow slowly making for a very tastier meat, resulting in our famous award-winning sausages and pies. Because of the way the animals are farmed they also experience far less stress than your average pig, this makes for much happier pigs and as a result the meat is more tender and has a distinctive taste and flavour.

Kingstone Brewery's passion is Real Ale. Award-winning Kingstone Brewery is a four barrel micro brewery based in Tintern, Monmouthshire, Wales. Our real ales are adapted from traditional recipes to suit modern palates. From heart IPAs to quaffable bitters, we can offer beers for every occasion.

Secret Recipe cooks the best quality Thai food to order at the show itself.  Nothing is pre-cooked or pre-frozen which makes a big difference.  All meat and vegetables are bought locally and authentic Thai spices are imported. Main meals include red and green curries, a popular yellow noodle dish, chicken cashew nuts, chicken or pork with chilli paste and also southern massaman curry.  Side dishes include our very own (and becoming incredibly popular!) juicy spring rolls, thai fishcakes and chicken satay.
