Ellis Wharton Wines - The list is ever changing as and when we find new wines to get excited about. We search for wines of terroir and typicity; wines of providence; delicious, tasty, unmediated wines which tell the story of the place they have come from and people who have made them.

Vintage Roots have been the UKs leading (home delivery) supplier of carefully selected, high quality organic wines since 1986 from organic red wine, organic white wine, organic champagne, organic beers, organic ciders, organic spirits, even organic chocolate, all available by the bottle or by the case to suit you.

R S Wines - R.S Wines is one of the oldest Independent Wine Merchants in Bristol. We believe that small is beautiful. Our wines are from individual, artisan and family producers who believe in the efficacy of sustainable wine growing.

Gastro Nicks sources all its products direct from the producers. They are all conscientious family run concerns, passionate about their products, many becoming good friends. Olive Oil from Crete, Sicily and Tuscany. Tuscan infused Olive Oil, genuine aged Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, Italy.Also a variety of French, Italian and Sicilian produce. A small selection of English farmhouse cheeses accompanying a range of superb chutney and relishes. Tasty marinades and home made dressings.

Tasting Room was founded in 2002 by experienced restaurateur and fine wine merchant, William Baber. Tasting Room champion boutique, independent vineyards and quality over quantity, because good wines take care and nuturing. They should be complex and interesting, reflecting the nature of the soil they grown in and the personality of the people who made them.

Fine Wines Direct is a wine emporium to suit every palate. We are delighted to bring to you our portfolio for 2012 which has been expanded and enhanced showing a very exciting range when it comes to diversity, quality and value for money. We have a great deal of experience which has evolved over the years and have long standing relationships with some of the finest wine producers. Most of the wines that we sell are exclusive to us and we have a large selection of wines that we sell on an agency basis throughout the U.K.

Bell's Diner is a long standing stalwart of the Bristol restaurant scene. Opened in 1976 the restaurant is run by chef/patron Christopher Wicks.
The emphasis at Bell's Diner has always been on serving excellent food at affordable prices. The tasting menu was recently praised by Restaurant Magazine and was praised with the accolade as one of the UK's 'Top 100 UK restaurants'. The a-la carte menu is individual priced courses. The freshest produce is sourced from local farmers, growers and foragers.

Box Steam Brewery - We are a family run microbrewery and we're passionate about creating beers of character and distinction.We source our ingredients as locally as possible and carefully craft each beer in our steam heated copper.

Hatch Mansfield - UK specialists in premium wine made by independent, family owned wine producers. Each and every one of our producers is independent and family owned. All own a significant vineyard base, first class winemaking facilities and cellars giving them quality control from grape to bottle. They have a story to tell about heritage, provenance and authenticity along with a comprehensive range of award winning wines.

The Wine & Spirit Education Trust courses are a most enjoyable way to learn more about wine, as well as being internationally recognised qualifications. The West of England Wine and Spirits Association is the most experienced provider of these courses in the South-west and has been running them for over 40 years.

For the Spring Festival we will be bringing along a selection of some of our favourite wines and coffees - including two 'natural' wines - as well as Bramley & Gage's 6 O'Clock gin.

Here at Park Farm, my family have been happily milking a herd of cows for three generations. A few years ago we thought we would try making cheese. The cheese is made in the same buildings in which my grandmother made her cheddar. The cows are just a few hundred yards away.
Today the Bath Soft Cheese that we make (without the aid of feathers) frequently wins awards and we supply shops and delicatessens all over the country.

The Red Lion Wine House is a specialised wine house, serving an extensive range of fine wines alongside award winning local artisan breads, cheeses and charcuterie.

Cape Wine Cellars imports South African wine form small family held and managed wine estates. Our wines have all been chosen for their easy drinking attributes. Lots of fruit and  soft tannins. At Love Wine we will be offering  good examples of South African specialities - Pinotage and Chenin Blanc.

Ashridge Sparkling Vintage Cider is an exciting new drink. By using the traditional method, or "méthode champenoise" (as of Champagne), an elegant dry, fully sparkling drink is produced. It retains delicious apple aromas and flavours, within a refreshing crisp sparkle.

Kingstone Brewery's passion is Real Ale. Award-winning Kingstone Brewery is a four barrel micro brewery based in Tintern, Monmouthshire, Wales. Our real ales are adapted from traditional recipes to suit modern palates. From heart IPAs to quaffable bitters, we can offer beers for every occasion.

Avonleigh Organic Vineyard & Orchard is located on the edge of the Cotswolds, just outside the beautiful historic Saxon town of Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire.
The vineyard and orchard were planted in 2006 by two old school friends, Di Francis and Ingrid Lindskog, who made the decision to give up their professional careers to start something new and different.

Native Breeds are a small Charcuterie based on the Lydney Park Estate in Gloucestershire. The Business is run by Ruth and Graham Waddington along with small but a very skilled team. We are unique curers and charcutiers making cured, smoked, air dried and cooked charcuterie from Britain's native and rare breed animals.

Source is a direct result of a desire to bring high quality food to Bristol. We offer a wide menu and fresh produce to suit all budgets and therefore we aim to encourage and enthuse everybody to eat a higher quality of food. As one of the best independent food retailers in Bristol we are ideally positioned to link the best local producers to our customers.

Mezé Mezé specialises in providing traditional Greek savoury and sweet foods, following traditional family recipies. All our food is home-made and produced in Paulton, Somerset (just outside Bath). As well as savoury food such as Spinach & Feta pie, Greek meatballs and Moussaka along with sweet classics such as Baklavá and Kataifi, we also produce our own Loukoumia (Turkish Delight). Traditionally made it contains no gluten, dairy or gelatin so is suitable for for most diets including vegans.

Secret Recipe cooks the best quality Thai food to order at the show itself.  Nothing is pre-cooked or pre-frozen which makes a big difference.  All meat and vegetables are bought locally and authentic Thai spices are imported. Main meals include red and green curries, a popular yellow noodle dish, chicken cashew nuts, chicken or pork with chilli paste and also southern massaman curry.  Side dishes include our very own (and becoming incredibly popular!) juicy spring rolls, thai fishcakes and chicken satay.

The Bristol Cheese Company is a small, independent family-run cheesemongers. We only source the very finest, locally produced cheeses. Our story began in 2010, we had always been purveyors of fine cheese and were frustrated by the lack of quality local cheeses to get our mitts on, so we put our love of the good stuff to use and set up The Bristol Cheese Company to bring the very best of South West cheese making to you.

Dick Willows is a local farm shop with a low carbon footprint where we help our regional identity and promote sustainable living, delivering less road miles while providing affordable organic and free range choices where possible.

The Great Cake Comapny - We are a small, family business specialising in delicious, gluten-free treats that can be enjoyed by everyone. Our cakes are sumptuously rich and lovingly hand-baked on a Somerset farm just outside Bath. We are careful to source the finest available ingredients, as locally as possible, to create a selection of indulgent treats.

Ivory flowers - A grass roots company set up and run by Xanthe Ivory. Xanthe studied floristry at the respected Bicton College in Devon and has been a professional florist for 5 years. Her passion for flowers and organic designs dates from her childhood spent in the countryside. The changing seasons and the effects on wildlife, including plants, have influenced her inspiration for variety in the natural beauty of her designs. Xanthe's ceramic artwork generated from earlier studies carries through to her very individual and stunning designs.
