Our vegetables and herbs are seasonal, fresh, locally grown and occasionally foraged. There is nothing like the taste of fresh wild garlic leaves. We cook in large Paella Pans, cooking from scratch on the day dishes from around the globe. Our cooking is rustic and robust; it's one pot street cooking at its best.

Cotswold Edge Farm are small farming family from Old Sodbury, South Gloucestershire. They'll be firing up the BBQ and serving their famous 'Full Monty' breakfast rolls delicious local lamb or vension burgers and some super hot dogs!
