My family have been farming at Hardwicke Farm in gorgeous Gloucestershire for 3 generations. We've always looked after our land and the wildlife whilst producing the highest quality organic pastures for our herd of 80 beautiful cows. We know ‘the Ladies’ all by name and we milk them personally everyday to ensure they’re a happy, healthy bunch. Because we believe that happy, healthy cows make better milk.

Hello from the Clifton Cake Cafe! We make cakes, brownies, flapjacks, cookies and biscuits by hand in a small kitchen, using traditional recipes.We use only the best ingredients to make the very best cakes and cookies! We use fairtrade sugars and chocolate, organic free range eggs, organic butter and fresh fruit. In addition, the packaging we use is almost all recyclable or compostable.

Anna Middleton is a Holistic Nutritionist with a passion for raw living foods. She gives talks and workshops on living foods and is in the process of building up her business Rawsome - a raw vegan catering business selling cakes, chocolates, cookies, crackers, dips & pates. All ingredients are chemical free and organic wherever possible. Her speciality is chocolate & cakes which she sells in local cafes & also makes upon request. Tasters will be available for all food on sale.

Organic Blooms is a community business growing seasonal cut flowers and cottage garden plants, herbs and vegetable transplants sustainably and without the use of artificial chemicals.

Mullion Cove is devoted to sourcing the finest products currently made in Cornwall by small producers. Many of the products we source are made by producers usually located off the beaten track and often sold only locally to small farm shops and/or sold at Farmers’ markets. These artisan producers often use recipes that have been handed down by generations, local ingredients, traditional methods and most importantly, an honest love for what they do. None of what we sell is mass produced or factory processed.

The Bath Pig- was born out of a mutual passion for fine foods amongst two good friends, we wanted to produce a Chorizo (and later Salami, Pepperoni and specialist Bacons) using free range British pork. We have based our Chorizo on traditional Spanish recipes and have produced a high quality, British product with very stylish branding and web presence.

The Riverford box scheme began when Guy Watson started delivering vegetables locally to 30 friends in Devon. We now deliver around 47,000 boxes a week to homes around the UK from our regional sister farms.

At The Upton Cheyney Chilli Company we use our own chillies, and as far as possible our own farm grown supply of garlic and onion. The sauces are lovingly made in small batches in the kitchen of our farm shop, from which the amazing aroma regularly attracts praise.

Cotswold Edge Farm - We are small farming family from Old Sodbury, South Gloucestershire specialising in Poultry and game. On our farm of about 14 acres we keep free range poultry such as chickens,ducks, geese and turkeys. These are kept for meat and eggs and all live outside in big pens or the hens room free in the paddock.

Serious Treats- Award winning, fudgey and very chocolaty chocolate brownies. Handmade in a domestic kitchen and made with the finest ingredients. No additives or preservatives are used in our brownies giving them a true homemade taste. We only use quality flour, free-range eggs and 74% cocoa solids.

Ivors Ice Cream is made in the farm house using milk from his own cows and cream from Lucy´s Dairies. We do a range of about 20 flavours including seasonal ones. We sell it in 125ml pots with a spoon supplied in the lid, 430ml pots, 2L and 4L containers.

The Sausage Fest - selling 4 different types of our sausage. either as a single hotdog with chutney and onions. or a choice of  three mash (sweet potatoe and houmas mash, spring onion and chedder or classic). with a redwine and onion gravy.

Heavenly Hedgerows - Wild food picked in the West Country.
We only use wild fruits and berries collected well away from busy main roads. Bottled in 'treat-size' jars within a day of picking to retain all the goodness fresh fruit provides. Heavenly Hedgerows believes in responsible picking of wild foods. We leave lots for the birds.

Wootton Organic Dairy - An organic milking herd of sheep, whose milk is used to make both hard and soft cheeses. The farm is run by the brothers David and James Bartlett, at their Sunnyside Farm at North Wootton near Wells.

Traditional Beef Co - Based in Farley, Wiltshire on our family run farm. All the beef we produce is hung for 4-6 weeks, then expertly butchered and packed. All the animals are fed on grass all year round and allowed to roam free.

Gorwydd Caerphilly is made by the Trethowans at Gorwydd, the family farm, just outside the village of Llanddewi Brefi, in Ceredigion, West Wales. Come and see us at love food for raclette or one of our mouthwatering cheese toasties.We use West Country Ogleshield made by Jamie Montgomery for our raclette which is served with grilled new potatoes, spicy baby gherkins and pickled onions. Our toasties are made using Poilane sourdough bread, Gorwydd Caerphilly and a swiss onion salad.

Green Baskets - Our baskets are handmade and woven from renewable sources. Strong, flexible and light, they are ideal for shopping, the garden, laundry, beach, work, the gym, picnics and weekends away. Traditionally used as market baskets in France, they are naturally beautiful and provide an environmentally friendly alternative to carrier bags.
